Rapid prototy ping
Without mold forming, rapid prototyping refers to the process of manufacturing a complete product in the shortest possible time based on product design documents, using a series of equipment and techniques. In the new product development phase, rapid prototyping is a crucial step, allowing samples of the product design to be produced quickly. It is typically used to evaluate the appearance, functionality, assembly, and post-production processes of a new product, as well as to verify the feasibility of the product design. There are various methods of prototyping, including CNC machining, 3D printing rapid prototyping, vacuum casting, and sheet metal prototype processing, among others.

When our engineers receive your product design, they will immediately conduct a production process feasibility analysis to manufacture your product parts with economical and reliable quality. The die casting materials can be selected from aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and magnesium alloy.
Injection Molding
Injection molding is a method for shaping industrial products. It involves heating and melting thermoplastic or thermosetting plastics in an injection molding machine, then injecting them into a mold to solidify and form the final shape. Zhuofu can select different materials for mold manufacturing based on the customer's product requirements, quantity, and timeline, ensuring alignment with the customer's budget, order volume, and delivery schedule.
For products with low order quantities, we typically utilize rapid tooling for injection molding. The mold materials can be chosen from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy or mild steel to produce high-quality molds. The mold making cycle is 1 to 4 weeks, and the mold life can reach up to 100,000 cycles. For products with high order volumes, we use hardened steel to manufacture high-quality molds, achieving a mold life ranging from 300,000 to 1,000,000 cycles.
