Zhuofu can select different materials for mold manufacturing based on the customer's product requirements, quantity, and timeline, ensuring alignment with the customer's budget, order volume, and delivery schedule.

For products with low order quantities, we typically utilize rapid tooling for injection molding. The mold materials can be chosen from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy or mild steel to produce high-quality molds. The mold making cycle is 1 to 4 weeks, and the mold life can reach up to 100,000 cycles. For products with high order volumes, we use hardened steel to manufacture high-quality molds, achieving a mold life ranging from 300,000 to 1,000,000 cycles.
